Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. However, if you have ordered a complete bike, custom wheel, or other product will require more time, we will contact you with an estimate.
Return Policy.
We have a 14 Day return policy on our items (unless otherwise specified). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a RA number. The customer is liable for return shipping charges. Items that receive a FULL refund must be in new condition (not installed, scratched, ridden, or any other activity that will prevent us from selling it as new). This policy is our standard operating procedure. However, refunds can be denied at the discretion of the management of Midwest Bike Trials LLC.
